They form strong bonds with their people and are known for their "dog-like" loyalty.
Where It All Began
These cats developed naturally in the harsh environment of the Kuril Islands, where they had to be strong, agile, and excellent hunters to survive. The breed was later recognized in Russia and by TICA in 2007.
