1. PROHIBITED LISTINGS

Users may not advertise:

. Stolen animals.
. Animals acquired unlawfully.
. Animals involved in animal fighting activities.
. Animals offered in violation of federal, state, or local laws.
. Animals subject to government seizure orders.

. Animals listed using fraudulent information.

. SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

Sellers are solely responsible for:

. Complying with all applicable laws.
. Maintaining humane treatment of animals.
. Providing truthful listing information.

. Accurately representing animal age, breed, sex, and condition.

. NO PLATFORM INSPECTIONS

CaliPetConnect does not inspect animals, facilities, veterinary records, breeding programs, housing
conditions, or seller operations.

1. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users may report suspected animal welfare violations.

CaliPetConnect reserves the right to investigate reports and remove listings or accounts at its sole
discretion.

The existence of a listing on the platform does not constitute approval, endorsement, certification,
inspection, or recommendation by CaliPetConnect.
