1. PHOTOGRAPHS

Sellers may only upload photographs they own or have permission to use.

Use of stolen, misleading, altered, or deceptive images is prohibited.

1. BREEDER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Breeder registration numbers, licenses, certifications, and affiliations must be truthful and current.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of any such information.

1. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Sellers may not:

. Misrepresent animals.
. Falsify records.
. Submit fraudulent verification documents.
. Impersonate another person.
· Engage in scams.

. Post duplicate listings intended to manipulate search results.

. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Identity verification is optional.

Identity verification confirms only that identification documents were reviewed.

Identity verification does not constitute breeder certification, recommendation, endorsement, inspection,
or approval.

1. LISTING REMOVAL

CaliPetConnect may remove any listing or suspend any account at its sole discretion and without prior
notice.

1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Sellers certify that they are legally authorized to advertise and transfer ownership of animals listed on the
platform and will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
