By posting a listing on CaliPetConnect, creating a seller account, purchasing a membership, purchasing a
listing boost, or advertising any animal on the platform, I certify, represent, warrant, and agree that:

1. I am at least eighteen (18) years of age.

2. I am the lawful owner of the animal being advertised, or I otherwise possess the legal authority to
advertise, transfer, rehome, or sell the animal.

3. I am legally authorized under all applicable federal, state, and local laws to advertise, transfer,
rehome, or sell the animal.

4. The animal has not been stolen, unlawfully obtained, or advertised in violation of any law.

5. All information contained in my listing is truthful, accurate, complete, and not misleading.

6. Any photographs, videos, breeder registration numbers, licenses, certifications, affiliations,
veterinary records, pedigree records, health information, genetic testing results, or other materials
submitted by me are accurate to the best of my knowledge and I have the legal right to use and
publish them.

7. I understand that CaliPetConnect does not verify ownership of animals, breeder qualifications, legal
authority to sell animals, health claims, pedigree claims, veterinary claims, registration claims, or
compliance with applicable laws.

8. I acknowledge that any Identity Verified badge only confirms that identification documents were
reviewed and does not constitute breeder certification, endorsement, recommendation, inspection,
approval, or guarantee by CaliPetConnect.

9. I accept full responsibility for my listings, communications, representations, advertisements,
conduct, and transactions conducted through the platform.

10. I agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, county, municipal, and local laws relating to
animal ownership, breeding, advertising, transfer, sale, and welfare.

11. I understand that CaliPetConnect is solely an advertising and networking platform and is not a
breeder, seller, broker, dealer, veterinarian, transporter, kennel, agent, importer, exporter, or party to
any transaction between users.

12. I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CaliPetConnect, its owners, members, managers,
officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, assigns, and representatives from and against

any and all claims, demands, actions, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties,
judgments, costs, and attorney fees arising from or related to:

a. My listings;

b. My advertisements;

c. My ownership, breeding, transfer, rehoming, or sale of animals;

d. Any inaccurate, false, misleading, or omitted information provided by me;

e. Any violation of applicable laws;

f. Any dispute between me and another user;

g. Any injury, illness, loss, property damage, veterinary expense, or other claim arising from animals
advertised by me.

1. I acknowledge and agree that CaliPetConnect shall not be liable for any claims, disputes, losses,
damages, injuries, veterinary expenses, fraud, misrepresentations, or other issues arising from my
listings, advertisements, conduct, or transactions.

2. I understand that CaliPetConnect reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, deny
verification requests, or terminate access to the platform at any time and for any reason.

3. By posting a listing, I affirm that I have read and agree to the CaliPetConnect Terms of Service,
Privacy Policy, Legal Disclaimer and Arbitration Policy, Animal Welfare Policy, and Seller Rules and
Listing Standards.

I CERTIFY UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY THAT THE FOREGOING REPRESENTATIONS ARE TRUE AND CORRECT
TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE.
