CaliPetConnect is an advertising platform only.
CaliPetConnect does not sell animals and is not involved in negotiations, contracts, payments between
buyers and sellers, transportation, delivery, breeding decisions, veterinary care, or ownership transfers.
All listings are created by independent users.
Identity Verified badges only indicate that identification information was reviewed.
Identity verification is not a guarantee of honesty, legality, breeder quality, animal health, pedigree
accuracy, ethical breeding practices, or future conduct.
Breeder registration numbers, licenses, memberships, affiliations, and certifications displayed on the
platform are generally provided by sellers.
CaliPetConnect does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or authenticity of such information.
Users assume all risks associated with transactions conducted through the platform.
MANDATORY ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising from or relating to the platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding
arbitration.
Arbitration shall take place in the State of Wyoming.

- Trial by jury.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaliPetConnect’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amount paid by the user to CaliPetConnect during the twelve months preceding the claim; or
(b) $100.
If the user paid no fees, liability shall not exceed $100.
ACCEPTANCE
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, purchasing a listing boost, posting a listing, submitting
verification documents, or using the platform, the user agrees to this Legal Disclaimer and Arbitration
Policy.
