By accessing or using CaliPetConnect, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. PLATFORM PURPOSE

CaliPetConnect is an online advertising and networking platform that allows independent users to advertise
pets and connect with potential buyers.

CaliPetConnect is not a breeder, seller, broker, dealer, veterinarian, transporter, kennel, agent, importer,
exporter, or party to any transaction between users.

All transactions occur directly between users.

1. NO ENDORSEMENT OF SELLERS

CaliPetConnect does not endorse, recommend, certify, guarantee, inspect, investigate, or approve any
seller, breeder, animal, facility, pedigree, health record, genetic test, or listing.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

1. IDENTITY VERIFIED BADGE

CaliPetConnect may offer an optional Identity Verified badge.

The Identity Verified badge only confirms that the account holder submitted identification documents
reviewed by CaliPetConnect.

The badge does not indicate breeder quality, honesty, legal compliance, animal health, ethical breeding
practices, pedigree accuracy, or future conduct.

1. BREEDER REGISTRATION NUMBERS

Sellers may voluntarily provide breeder registration numbers, kennel club affiliations, licenses,
memberships, or certifications.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such information is self-reported by the seller.

CaliPetConnect does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, authenticity, or current status of such
information.

1. MEMBERSHIPS AND BOOSTS

CaliPetConnect sells advertising services, including memberships and listing boosts.

Purchasing advertising services does not guarantee visibility, inquiries, sales, placement, traffic, buyer
interest, or transaction success.

1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are solely responsible for verifying seller identity, reviewing veterinary records, confirming breeder
information, evaluating animal suitability, complying with applicable laws, and investigating listings before
purchasing.

1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not post fraudulent listings, misrepresent animals, use stolen photographs, violate animal
welfare laws, engage in scams or deceptive conduct, or submit false verification documents.

1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

CALIPETCONNECT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALIPETCONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SICK OR
INJURED ANIMALS, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATIONS, LOST PROFITS, VETERINARY COSTS, TRANSACTIONAL
DISPUTES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.

1. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaliPetConnect and its owners, officers, members, employees,
contractors, and agents from claims arising from user conduct, listings, transactions, or violations of these
Terms.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

1. ARBITRATION

All disputes shall be resolved pursuant to the CaliPetConnect Legal Disclaimer and Arbitration Policy, which
is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Terms of Services

Acceptance of Terms – This section will detail to the user that by using the website and any services provided, they are agreeing to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth. It also details that the terms are a binding legal agreement and sets any age restrictions for visitors.

It will state how users’ property is kept private and any circumstances where you may not be able to keep the information private. You also have the option of pointing to a separate privacy policy that pertains to your website.    
 
Your Rights and Ownership – This section will detail that you own all intellectual property rights to content on the website, except for any user content, and that the visitors to the site may not use it in any way without permission.    
Disclaimers – There are a variety of disclaimers you can use on your website and you should make sure all of them are detailed in this section. For example, this could include that the information provided is informational only, that the site is accepted as is, and that you are not liable for any promises you did not offer or intend to offer.    
 
Termination and Modification – This section will detail that you can terminate the access of any visitor at any time without notice and at your discretion.
